Detailed description
The antigen composition of leptospirosis is complex, and there are two kinds of antigens related to the classification: one is surface antigen (p antigen), the other is internal antigen (s antigen); The former exists on the surface of spirochetes, is a complex of protein polysaccharides, has type specificity, and is the basis for leptospira typing; The latter, which exists in the interior of spirochetes, is a lipopolysaccharide complex with specificity and is the basis for leptospira grouping. 20 serogroups and more than 200 serotypes have been found all over the world, and at least 18 serogroups and more than 70 serotypes have been found in China.
