Surface antigen (HBsAg), surface antibody (anti HBs) е Antigen (HBeAg) е Antibody (anti HBe) and core antibody (anti HBc) are known as the five items of hepatitis B, which are commonly used detection indicators of HBV infection. They can reflect the HBV level in the body of the tested person and the reaction of the body, and roughly assess the level of the virus. The five tests of hepatitis B can be divided into qualitative and quantitative tests. Qualitative tests can only provide negative or positive results, while quantitative tests can provide accurate values of various indicators, which is more important for monitoring, treatment evaluation and prognosis judgment of hepatitis B patients. Dynamic monitoring can be used as the basis for clinicians to formulate treatment plans. In addition to the above five items, anti HBc IgM, PreS1 and PreS2, PreS1 Ab and PreS2 Ab are also gradually applied to the clinic as indicators of HBV infection, replication or clearance.
