Detailed description
1. Any chlamydia IgG ≥ 1 ∶ 16 but ≤ 1 ∶ 512, and the negative IgM antibody indicates that chlamydia continues to infect.
2. Chlamydia IgG antibody titer ≥ 1 ∶ 512 positive and/or IgM antibody ≥ 1 ∶ 32 positive, indicating recent infection of Chlamydia; The increase of IgG antibody titers of double sera at acute and convalescent stages by 4 times or more also indicates the recent infection of chlamydia.
3. Chlamydia IgG antibody is negative, but IgM antibody is positive. IgM antibody is still positive after RF latex adsorption test, considering the existence of window period. Five weeks later, the chlamydia IgG and IgM antibodies were rechecked. If IgG was still negative, no subsequent infection or recent infection could be judged regardless of the IgM results.
4. The micro immunofluorescence diagnosis basis of chlamydia pneumoniae infection: ① The double serum antibody titers in acute phase and recovery phase increased by 4 times; ② One time IgG titer>1 ∶ 512; ③ One time IgM titer>1 ∶ 16.
